Thank you for shopping with RMK Customs. We take pride in getting your custom gear and builds to you safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


📦 Order Processing

  • Processing Time:

    • Custom items: 5–10 business days (varies based on complexity)

    • Non-custom items: 2–3 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number when your order ships.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales.


🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Standard: 3–7 business days

    • Express: 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery method.


🛠️ Custom Orders

Because many of our products are made to order, shipping timelines start after the production period. We'll keep you updated via email once your custom item is complete and on the way.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • RMK Customs is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

  • If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived, contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us at support@rmkcustoms.com if further help is needed.
