🔁 Return & Refund Policy — RMK Customs

At RMK Customs, every product is made with care and precision. Because many of our items are custom-made to order, we have a few guidelines in place regarding returns and refunds.

🛠️ Custom Items

All custom and personalized items (including apparel, builds, and designs) are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

📦 Non-Custom Items

Returns on non-custom or ready-made items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags/packaging are still intact

  • You have proof of purchase

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

💳 Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We'll make it right.
